Belcan Workforce Solutions is hiring a Document Controller to join our client's project team in North Lincolnshire. This role supports the recovery, repurposing, and installation of assets on a fixed-term basis. Due to the nature of the work, signing an NDA/CDA is required, and candidates must be eligible for Baseline Clearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the electronic document management system (EDMS), ensuring secure and structured access.
- Issue, track, and quality-check project documentation to meet compliance standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to distribute and manage documents effectively.
- Provide guidance and training on document control procedures and tools.
- Generate regular reports on document workflow and deliverables.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Document Controller using EDMS (Viewpoint for Projects essential).
- Familiarity with Fieldview is advantageous.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
