Job Summary:

This role is part of our Disney Advertising team in Spain and is offered as a fixed-term contract through the end of the year.

What you will do :

  • Feed Mydas with all necessary historic data for the release.
  • Reception and request of purchase orders negotiated by the sales team from/to the clients. Control of the campaign parameters and negotiated conditions, creating and planning campaigns, and being responsible for effective campaign delivery.
  • Reception and request of commercial materials to be aired for the campaigns planned. Create, update and approve material data (technical quality control, internal Compliance and Legal approvals)
  • Daily relationship with the clients for verification and approval of bookings, control of the targets and counteroffer bookings as well as for asking the materials and reporting all the compliance/legal/technical quality control issues found with them.
  • Control of legal breaks limits and legal limits occupancy requirements.
  • Responsible for the commercial schedule optimization, doing the necessary arrangements on the ad sales schedule to meet the negotiated conditions.
  • Daily Reconciliation of the Ad Sales playlist.
  • Prepare, send and approval track for all the pre-invoices to be sent (fortnights and monthly ones) to the agencies, and send the monthly pre-invoices to Ad Sales Finance Manager to be sent to SAP
  • Work in Excel, Infosys, Mydas, Ad stream.

Required Qualifications& Skills

  • Strong oral and written communication and negotiation skills.
  • High level of pro-activity and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and fast learner.
  • Ability to manage own time and projects with skill and maturity.
  • High standards of confidentiality
  • 2 years in a similar position would be ideal
  • Advertising degree
  • Ad Sales Airtime systems, Mydas expert preferably
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel)
  • Fluent in English
