  • Receive shipments, check for damages and sort stock for distribution
  • Keep record of invoices/packing list/DO sent and received
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
  • Receiving and processing warehouse stock products
  • Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
  • Contact Customer Service and resolve any shipping/cargo issues
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
  • Perform daily MHE safety checks
  • Receive shipments correctly as per cargo shipping reference, check for damages and put away accordingly
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
  • 5S duties
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledgeable in shipping management and transaction software, as well as MS Office
  • Nitec level or above
