[What the role is]

About the Transformation Office

LTA’s Transformation Office is a dynamic team who sets the corporate strategy, catalyse and nurture transformation, and promotes risk stewardship, to ensure LTA is a people-centred and future-ready organisation.

The Leadership Enablement & Projects team, as part of the Transformation Office, plays an enabling and integration role whilst working closely with LTA leaders and colleagues, in areas ranging from organisation-wide Leadership Enablement and Corporate Performance initiatives to Transformation and Innovation projects.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to support the Leadership Enablement & Projects team within LTA’s Transformation Office. You will mainly be working with the team on an organisation-wide transition to a new system, and support in the areas of user experience, communications and change management.

[What you will be working on]

The key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Conduct user research activities (e.g. user interviews, user testing) and engage with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
  • Document and analyse feedback from stakeholders into structured recommendations
  • Develop front-end design based on user feedback, and prototypes for pilots in UAT and subsequent iterative developments
  • Support internal communications on the upcoming changes
  • Support the coordination and delivery of training workshops and clinics to onboard users

You will also support the team in other leadership projects/events (where required), including but not limited to:

  • Support digitalisation efforts for productivity and improved tracking of data and key performance indicators
  • Coordinate evaluation surveys of leadership programme and analyse feedback
  • Support other team projects/events as required

[What we are looking for]

Desired Qualifications, Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong interest in UX/UI, including user research, stakeholder engagement and design
  • Keen interest in learning new technologies and systems
  • Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and adaptable approach to work
  • Familiarity with Canva or Figma would be a bonus
  • As part of the shortlisting process for the role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and / or undergo further assessment
