Job Summary Job Summary Radiant Kids Therapy currently has openings for full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologists to add to our amazing SLP team. CF/RPEs welcome to apply! We offer flexible hours, lower caseloads, minimal paperwork and incredibly rewarding work. We are looking for a high-caliber Speech-Language Pathologist who is great with kids and families, energetic, exudes care and kindness and strives to continually learn and grow as a therapist. Great bonus structure (+est. $6K-12K+/yr.), 4 weeks PTO, signing bonus, specialty stipends; flexible start date! Radiant Kids Therapy is a therapist-directed company with an amazing team of high-caliber therapists (SLPs, OTs and PTs), great mentorship and a strong emphasis on supporting our team members well! Our therapists’ job satisfaction and support is just as important to us as our clients’ satisfaction with the excellent services they receive. We see all of our young clients in-home, in their naturalistic setting, where carryover and therapy are typically the most effective. We build your caseload in your region, based around your starting point, anywhere in San Diego County, for example: parts of Central San Diego, East County, South Bay, or North County areas.

Job Description / Essential Elements: Print

We are currently looking for licensed therapists who are:

• Licensed or RPE/CF license in the state of California
• Previous clinical experience with kids
• Available for at least 6 hours/week (if part-time), or 35-40 hours/week (if full-time)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable with technology; able to learn digital platforms (e.g., an EMR, Google Drive, etc.)
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Have good physical stamina and mental health
• Enjoy collaborating with families and colleagues, and also enjoy the autonomy an in-home early intervention position provides
• Enjoy working with young kids (most clients are 1-3; we also see up through age 18)
• Ability to communicate clearly and establish rapport with the family
• Want to work with a supportive, speech therapist-owned and managed company
• Want to feel the gratification of making a significant impact in the lives of clients and their grateful families!

Compensation

Licensed SLPs: Part-time hourly positions range from $62-$75 per service hour. Base salaries for full-time positions range from $80,000 - $92,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Generous bonus structures make it very feasible to achieve an additional +$6,000-12,000+/year on top of your salary. Specialty stipends are available for bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency, doctorate, and/or Hanen Certification. All positions are W-2 (employee) with excellent benefits.
