Job Description:

• A rehab tech works under the supervision of a physical therapist, occupational therapist, speech therapist, physical therapist assistant, or occupational therapist assistant to provide a level of non-skilled support to patients in order to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of skilled care provided by a licensed therapist.
• Education
  • High school junior or senior, or enrolled in college.

Assist licensed therapist with the treatment of patients as directed by the treating therapist; and per Great Plains Health policies & procedures.

Assist with the transfer or ambulation of patients after completion of training; and as directed by a treating therapist.

Direct patients to treatment rooms

Assist with cleaning of equipment
