Top 3 Must-Haves:
- Commercial Experience Required:
- At least 5 years in commercial property management or facilities management. Experience managing large, complex properties is essential. Strong problem-solving skills related to building operations are required.
- Career Growth Potential:
- While a Bachelor's degree is not required, it is strongly preferred for future advancement. The Property Manager role (targeted within 3–5 years) includes higher compensation and eligibility for an incentive bonus program.
- Team Fit:
- You’ll work under a detail-oriented AVP who values consistent communication. While you’ll handle tasks independently, this is a collaborative role that requires transparency and reliability.
Other Key Qualifications:
- Professional Certifications Preferred: CPM (IREM), RPA, or FMA
- Real Estate License Preferred: Active real estate salesperson or broker license
- Stable work history: No more than four different employers in the past 10 years (internal transfers are okay)
- Nicotine-free: Drug screening includes nicotine (occasional cigars may be acceptable)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Day-to-day oversight of building operations and tenant relations
- Collaborate with vendors, engineers, and contractors
- Support budget planning and financial reporting
- Ensure high standards of building performance and compliance
- Partner closely with the Property Manager and AVP on ongoing strategy and operational improvements
Work Environment:
- 100% onsite at a Class A commercial tower in downtown Cincinnati
- Parking is subsidized (employee contribution: $15/week)

- Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the referenced salary range of $97,000 – $125,000 reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
