Are you ready to make a difference in the world of quality management systems? This position is for you! As a Quality Management System Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and continuously improving the company's quality management system.

Job description

Maintain the quality management system for the Hungary site, plan and conduct internal audits, and coordinate second-party and third-party audits. Supervise the correction of nonconformities and promote continuous improvement.

In your new role you will:

• Maintain the quality management system for the Hungary site in accordance with IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015
• Plan and conduct internal audit activities
• Coordinate second-party and third-party audits
• Supervise the correction of nonconformities and promote continuous improvement - verify the effectiveness of corrective actions
• Train and educate the organization about QMS
• Managing quality improvement projects
• Optimizing processes
• Ensure document control and effective implementation of document requirements,
• Assist in management review activities, including preparation, review, and issuance of reports

We are looking for a person with strong communication skills who can effectively collaborate with various teams. You should possess the following qualities, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• BSc / MSc engineering degree (Quality, engineering / technical field);
• 5 years of experience in quality management systems
• VDA 6.3 process audit certification and/or IATF 16949 internal audit certification is a must
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards and auditing methods
• Familiarity with semiconductor / EMS industrial production and business management processes are advantages
• Knowledge of quality tools (PDCA, 5Whys, 8D Report, APQP, FMEA, PPAP)
• English and Hungarian language proficiency
