Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced Senior UI Developer (React & Node JS) to join our dynamic technology team. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying compelling web and mobile applications using React ecosystem technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into innovative digital solutions, ensuring seamless user experiences and high-quality deliverables that support business growth and client satisfaction.
Software Requirements
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in React (version 16+) and React Native
- Experience with Redux, React Router, and additional React libraries
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git
- Knowledge of REST API integration and consumption
- Experience working within Agile development environments
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with TypeScript in React projects
- Mobile app deployment and performance optimization
- CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest or Enzyme
Overall Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality React-based web applications and React Native mobile apps
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions efficiently
- Collaborate on creating intuitive, responsive interfaces that meet user needs and business objectives
- Debug and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain application stability
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
- Conduct testing and validation to ensure software reliability and performance

Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Equivalent professional experience in web and mobile app development
Certifications (Preferred):
- React certifications or relevant mobile development certifications
