Job Description:

Position: Desktop Support

Location: Onsite; Hartford, CT

Duration: 6+ month contract to hire

Pay Rate: $18-22/hr

We are looking for IT Support for computer imaging. This would be great for someone that just graduated from college or high school with a+ certification, entry level. ?

  • Assists in imaging process and provisioning of applications
  • Provides day-to-day support for end users desktop issues (hardware/software)
  • Effectively manage workload, must be well organized
  • Provide outstanding customer support in a timely, and efficient manner by analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving problems and requests within service level
  • Experience using computer hardware and software applications
  • No experience needed for Warehouse – but will be required to work in Warehouse as needed
  • Making boxes, boxing computers, knowing the correct accessories to include
  • Pallet Jack for moving packages
  • Unloading packages from Dock
  • Loading packages on the Dock
  • Moving around to storage areas

Must be able to lift 50lbs without assistance
