Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Desktop Support Level II Technician to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in desktop support, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support for desktops and laptops.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Assist with network connectivity problems and configuration.
  • Perform system upgrades and installations.
  • Document and track support requests using a ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
  • Provide training and support to end-users.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Imaging devices with a corporate image.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop support or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Experience with remote desktop support tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
