How you’ll contribute:

As a Quantitative Analyst, you'll be responsible for support the development and maintenance of risk neutral economic scenario generator (RNESG). This position is in Variable Annuities Asset and Liability Management (VA ALM) department and reports to Lead Quantitative Analyst.

This role offers the unique experience to derivatives analytics service with exposure to both investments and corporate clients such as finance, general account managers, derivatives trading, ALM hedging, actuarial valuation, corporate risk and audit, and information technology.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Be responsible for producing daily and monthly risk neutral scenarios for use in valuation, hedging, and projection.
  • Assist the development and maintenance of risk neutral economic scenario generator to meet changing needs
  • Produce high quality documentation of our models and methods.
  • Work with audit and risk team on the model validation and test.
  • Work with IT to test and validate ESG production process during releases and updates.

We’re looking for people who have:

  • A degree in technical or quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, physics or computer science with strong academic record. A degree in financial engineering or math finance is preferred.
  • Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills and experience tackling in-depth research projects.
  • 1 - 3 years of quantitative development experience.
  • Knowledge of financial mathematics, particularly, stochastic calculus, Monte-Carlo and other numerical methods.
  • Strong programming skills with experience in two or more of the following: Python, C++, MATLAB, SQL.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and effectively organize tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience in Numerix is highly desired.
