A locally owned fabrication company is seeking experienced Welders and Fitter Welders to join their 1st shift team. If you take pride in precision work and have strong blueprint-reading skills, we want to hear from you!

Job Description:

You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality welds based on project drawings and specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Prior welding experience required
• Must pass a hands-on welding skills assessment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Consistently produce clean, structurally sound welds

Requirements:

• Must have your own welding hood and steel toe boots
• Welding sleeves and jackets will be provided
• Reliability and attention to safety are essential
