Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Embroidery Machine Operator to join our production team in Pineville, NC. In this role, you will operate and maintain multi-head embroidery machines (Tajima) to produce high-quality decorated apparel and accessories. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced, and committed to meeting production goals with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial embroidery machines (Tajima).
- Load and hoop garments accurately for stitching.
- Read and interpret work orders, design sheets, and thread color charts.
- Thread needles and program machine settings as required.
- Perform routine machine maintenance (cleaning, oiling, tension adjustments).
- Diagnose and resolve machine issues promptly.
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily quotas and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating industrial embroidery machines.
- Familiarity with digitized embroidery files and machine control panels.
- Knowledge of thread types, stabilizers, and hooping techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
