Position: Project Manager, IT

The Project Manager is accountable for implementation of new clients, as well as oversight of operations to support current clients. Accountable to drive a successful project management approach, ensuring repeatable positive outcomes. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, a strong team player, and has excellent prioritization and time management skills. Primary responsibilities include 1) Managing contractual requirements to ensure deliverables and reporting are timely and accurate 2) Establishing and managing project implementation plans for new client implementations 3) Collaborate across the organization, with various stakeholders to ensure all deliverables and milestones are met to exceed contractual and client expectations.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implement an effective project management approach to achieve positive results consistently.
  • Serve as a flexible leader, offering assistance to others when needed.
  • Monitor and evaluate deliverables and reports to ensure timely and high-quality submission to clients.
  • Establish project plans and milestones for each new implementation.
  • Document and maintain current IT processes and business requirements of clients.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to overcome internal and external IT challenges.
  • Collaborate with various departments to define and establish workflows.
  • Coordinate internally with Clinical Performance, Market Leadership, and IT/Medical Economics to meet specific requirements.
  • Communicate updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attain clinical metrics and goals to improve health outcomes while reducing costs.
  • Foster a work environment that promotes employee fulfillment, and personal growth and demonstrates empathy and compassion towards patients.
  • Provide support to Monogram as needed to deliver exceptional personalized patient care and fulfill all assigned responsibilities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college
  • Project management certification or similar preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience with program management, project management, or similar experience
  • 5+ years’ experience working for a dialysis organization, value-based provider group, health plan, and/or vendor contracting with health plans delegated for services
  • Detail-oriented, excellent prioritization and time management skills
  • Expertise in partnering with internal and external IT departments is highly preferred
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working in high-growth environments preferred
