The Services Operations team manages the flow of content from partner to customer, ensuring the delivery, quality, and presentation of the millions of songs, videos, books, podcasts, and workouts available on Apple Media Products (AMP). We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to help lead our group into the future and support our growing scale. This role will help by deep-diving into our business operations, partnering with leaders within our group, developing frameworks to prioritize and track projects, crafting financial analyses, and shaping our AI/ML strategy to drive operational growth. This is a highly visible role with opportunities to present to work to senior leadership and influence the product experience. The ideal candidate will apply their interpersonal skills and critical thinking to help tackle complex business problems, design and monitor programs, and develop strong relationships with the worlds best engineers to find solutions for our group. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $119,200 and $225,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
