Job Level: W2T Consultant

Job Location: Hybrid/Travel (Non-Local Candidate)-Some training sessions will be on-site at City Hall. Approximately 3-4 visits between June and July. Travel expenses have been included in the task order.

Travel Expectations: 10% travel

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver SharePoint & Teams Training: training materials are already developed
  • Must be able to field and answer questions specific to how SharePoint and Teams are/can be used, provide best practices for users.
  • Some training is delivered online, other in-person.
  • Manage training operations: creating and sending comms throughout the training period (using SharePoint), managing the mailbox, bookings, updating training materials, cleaning up recordings and publishing them in City's SP training site, collect feedback from sessions and summarize.

Primary Skill: SharePoint Development, Secondary Skill: deliver training online and in-person.

  • OneDrive for Business
  • Introductory SharePoint & Teams
  • Teams Site Owners
  • SharePoint Site Owners
  • SharePoint Designers
  • Teams Meetings

Who You Are:

  • Solid understanding of M365 Virtual Desktop and Online Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Notes, Planner)
  • Experience with SharePoint sites and team sites architecture to effectively train the audience groups in the use of this platforms for document sharing, collaboration, communication and meetings
  • Past experience delivering SharePoint/Teams training
  • Past experience developing training materials in PowerPoint
  • Experience with training delivery for a variety of audiences from casual users to executive leadership
