What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and coach installers: scheduling, goal-setting, performance reviews, and mentorship
• Maintain Picture-Perfect Installation quality standards using iAuditor and field software
• Ensure jobs are assigned based on installer strengths and completed to specification
• Oversee job logistics including scheduling, permitting, inspections, and customer follow-up
• Innovate and implement process improvements across all installation operations
• Recruit, train, and retain top-tier installation professionals
• Track and meet key metrics: iAuditor completion, gross margin per crew day, warranty rate, labor/material budget, and customer review ratings
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure post-installation satisfaction through happy calls and audits
• Coordinate with leadership and other departments to share best practices and drive results

What You Bring:

• Experience managing or leading installation teams (HVAC preferred)
• Experience in hiring and developing large scale teams
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, CRM tools, and mobile field software
• Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward action and accountability
• High standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying temperatures and environments
• A committed and progressive work history
• Ability to pass a background and drug screen upon offer
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
