We are building a new training curriculum at IONOS, focused on equipping both technical and non-technical audiences with the cloud knowledge they need. We need a Cloud Technical Trainer who can effectively communicate with everyone - from technical experts to business teams.

Either in Berlin or Karlsruhe.

Tasks

• Designing and delivering technical training for cloud professionals, as well as non-technical training for sales teams, partners, and clients.
• Working closely with a small, international team to create an innovative, engaging training curriculum.
• Explaining complex cloud concepts in both German and English to a wide range of audiences, ensuring that both techies and non-techies can apply what they learn.
• Traveling to IONOS offices in Germany, the UK, Spain and occasionally the USA or to customer sites for on-site training and workshops.
• Contributing fresh, creative ideas in a rapidly evolving project where you’ll help shape the future of cloud training.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
• The ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, understandable way to both highly technical and non-technical audiences.
• A passion for learning and an enthusiasm for teaching cloud technologies.
• A creative and flexible mindset - you’re excited by new challenges and open to different ways of doing things.
• Willingness to travel and work in various international environments.
• Desired: Familiarity with cloud technologies or previous experience in a related role.
• Additional languages are welcome!
