Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Technology Solution consultant to drive adoption, engagement, and retention of our technology solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide technical guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to gather detailed requirements and identify opportunities for technology solutions
  • Develop tailored solutions that leverage Tag’s technology platform to address client needs and objectives.
  • Create detailed implementation plans, including timelines, resources, and budget requirements.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., product development, sales, marketing) to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including product demonstrations and training
  • Conduct regular status updates and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Analyze project outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
  • Lead customer onboarding and training sessions, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of our solutions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis to track progress against client goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on best practices and digital transformation.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in experience in solutions implementation, project management, or related roles within the digital marketing technology space.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms, including CRM, CMS, analytics, and automation tools.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and engineering.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for delivering customer value
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
