As a CNC Setup Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts according to technical drawings and specifications. You will select appropriate tools, installed fixtures, and performed test runs to ensure optimal machine performance and part accuracy. You will also conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain quality standards.

You will work in an open concept layout, providing a dynamic environment as you move across the shop floor to complete your assigned tasks. The position offers a schedule from 6am to 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday, with weekends off. The dress code is casual, consisting of jeans, steel-toed shoes or boots, and a t-shirt.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holmen, Wisconsin.
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $24.00/hr.
