Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate who will be responsible for picking orders, delivering materials throughout production, and staging the production floor. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently within a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Locate material in the computer system.
• Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Pick material from the shelves using reach and cherry picker equipment.
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
• Troubleshoot inventory issues and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform visual inspections of incoming material to ensure it is not damaged.

Essential Skills

• Forklift experience, with reach or cherry picker experience being ideal but not required.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic math skills for inventory management.
• Knowledge of inventory systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with ERP and digital inventory systems is a plus.

Work Environment

The role involves working in a dynamic warehouse setting with a 2nd shift schedule from 5pm to 2am. You'll be equipped with necessary tools and technology to efficiently handle inventory tasks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Massachusetts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.15 - $19.15/hr.
