Job Description

The Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of total quality and continuous improvement in the manufacturing of high-precision lavatories and kitchens for the aviation industry. This key role will ensure that our products meet and exceed the quality standards required by customers and industry regulations, promoting a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement

Job Requirements

o Develop and implement quality control policies that ensure compliance with international regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).

o Oversee product inspection and testing processes to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

o Analyze quality indicators and lead corrective actions to resolve non-conformities.

o Foster a culture of continuous improvement using methodologies like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.

o Identify improvement opportunities in the supply chain, production processes, and product design.

o Lead process optimization projects to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and increase customer satisfaction.
