Our back-end systems are always available and guarantee that our customer’s orders are never lost and always processed even when downstream services are down. You will have a chance to understand the entire end to end Amazon Retail and Digital businesses and technology stacks, and to influence their development too.
We are seeking an innovative, results-oriented Manager of Software Development with a proven track record of successful delivery. You are someone who will enjoy the challenge of working on complex and highly disparate technologies – from front-end development to back-end highly distributed systems.

You will provide both strategic and tactical oversight to build the features and functionality required to have a best in class offering to our branded gift card customers. You will lead a team in design, development, testing and deployment of software. You are passionate about building simple and elegant software solutions, customer-centric products and agile development processes.
A successful candidate will have an established background in developing customer facing experience, a strong technical ability, excellent project management skills, great communication skills, a proven ability to grow and develop a team and a motivation to achieve results in a fast paced environment.
