COMPENSATION:
Hourly Pay Range: $16.70 - $21.55. This position is covered under the UFCW union agreement.
JOB SUMMARY:
To stock, order and merchandise product for customer purchase.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Open, price and stock cases of merchandise
- Place point of sale signs, tags as needed
- Assist customers with their questions
- Operate equipment in safe, efficient manner
- Maintain merchandise on shelves in orderly display and rotation
- Clean fixtures and equipment as necessary
- Maintain stock in storage area
- Order replacement merchandise and supplies as needed
- Maintain logs and records of damaged and lost merchandise
- Complete routine price changes
- Other related duties as required
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma is preferred but not required
- Ability to read aisle makers, shelf tags and prices to accurately price and stock merchandise on shelves and displays
- Must possess efficient hand-eye coordination and be able to perform basic math calculations
- Must maintain a sense of integrity
