  • Handling & resolution of customer queries, complaints received at the Branch through co-ordination with various stakeholders
  • Assisting customers in completion of FKYC
  • Providing on field support to the Sales team & Branch teams for 811 customer servicing
  • Handling rejection cases & curing/resolution of same through co-ordination with the Business team
  • Conducting regular training sessions with the field/Sales team to improve their productivity
  • Monthly reconciliation of biometric devices which are with the field team
  • Publishing regular MIS (as & when required)
  • Customer out calling (as & when required)

Candidate Requirement:

  • Graduate (any stream) with 1-2 years of experience preferably in Banking Industry
  • Strong Communication skills – Verbal and Written
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office (MS-Excel in particular)
  • Assertive attitude
  • Self Driven
  • Service mind set
  • Pay Scale: As per HR categorization
