Senior Director, Marketing Content and Programs

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Director of Marketing Content and Programs to lead the development and execution of our global content strategy and integrated marketing programs. In this high-impact leadership role, you will oversee a team responsible for crafting compelling narratives, producing high-quality content, and launching campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and inquiries across the hospitality industry.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of B2B content strategy for enterprise software and technology solutions, buyer journeys, and marketing program management. The ideal candidate can both ideate and execute, with strong positioning and writing skills that create marketing programs with persuasive inventiveness to make technological innovations understandable to non-technology professionals, and with the gravitas to build credibility among tech-savvy buyers. Solution marketing initiatives must resonate with multiple influencers and decision makers in complex enterprise technology buying processes in the hospitality industry. Creating persona-based content and campaigns for diverse targets is essential, including initiatives for: management companies; property operators and owners; general managers; chief financial officers; chief information officers; leaders of ancillary revenue centers such as spa, golf, club, food and beverage and fitness; food service management companies; and dining and inventory & procurement leaders for organizations such as universities, lifestyle communities, large corporate campuses; stadiums; theme parks and regional full-service restaurant ancillary resonate with hotel operators, property managers, and travel technology buyers.
