JOB SUMMARY
The FLEX Manager for Operations Deployment – Dormakaba Ambiance Subject Matter Expert (Ambiance SME) will support the Global Operations department in deploying lock systems across all hotel brands in partnership with Dormakaba and the Tanager project group. This role serves as the project lead for Marriott International and acts as a liaison with project leads from our vendors to transition all our hotels from using Saflok System 6000 to Ambiance. This role will require minimal travel.
This role acts as a liaison between hotels, Dormakaba, Tanager, and the Global Operations/Global Technology project team to ensure smooth implementation and transition of lock systems. The role also involves identifying and resolving opportunities in the deployment strategy for 2,500 hotels, guiding the Deployment team through IT remediation in preparation for the Ambiance rollout, and tracking and escalating trending issues to relevant parties to find root cause resolutions.

The pay range for this position is $35.48 to $59.81 per hour.
Washington Applicants Only: Employees will accrue 0.0334 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 9 holidays annually.
