The FLEX Senior Manager, Business Process Validation (BPV) is a critical role on the BPV team, providing support for role-based, front-end user validation of our future state systems of Marriott’s enterprise-wide Digital + Technology Transformation (D+TT). The Sr. Manager’s responsibility will be to support testing readiness, alignment across workstreams, and role-based business process test execution validating the applications work as intended for both our associates and guests.
This position will be part of the BTO team that supports the transformation of Marriott’s technology and business process ecosystem, enabling Marriott to deliver on our vision to become the world’s favorite travel company. The BTO has been established to enable and accelerate D+TT through unique approaches to strategic planning, program management, change management, experience and business process design, business testing, and deployment.
This role will work closely with the other BPV workstreams, Quality Engineering, discipline teams, and subject matter experts on testing readiness, tester onboarding, and end-to-end business process test execution for each deployment community. The role will help define test data, align the data to the individual tests, onboard new testers, provision tester access, and facilitate the hand-off of test information between testers. This position will assist in test scheduling and resequencing tests including retesting after issues are resolved. The role will also help validate readiness prior to each testing cycle and will perform testing, as needed. The role will also help drive standardization and find efficiencies that can be implemented for future communities.

The pay range for this position is $52.06 to $78.80 per hour.
