Position Overview:

The Enterprise Operations & Technology division's Service Management and Global Operations team is looking for an Application Support Technical Lead with strong analytical qualities, sound technology experience, and excellent communication skills. The primary responsibilities will be to provide technical leadership and hands on development in the design and delivery of ServiceNow Reporting and Dashboards.

Freddie Mac was chartered by Congress in 1970 to support the U.S. housing finance system and help ensure a reliable and affordable supply of mortgage funds across the country. Rather than lending directly to borrowers, Freddie Mac operates in the U.S. secondary mortgage market, buying loans that meet our standards from approved lenders. Those lenders are then, in turn, able to provide more loans to qualified borrowers and keep capital flowing into the housing market. Your Impact:

Lead Service Management Reporting providing reporting solutions, performing analysis, and making recommendations to management regarding reporting needs. Work on and/or lead tasks belonging to multiple and concurrent projects. Engage with stakeholders to identify, understand, and complete business and non-functional scope, requirements for reporting solutions. Develop test plans and provide support to ensure accurate and reliable reporting solutions. Lead and/or support assigned ad-hoc activities as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of industry experience
  • 5 + years experience working with IT data and analytics in prior roles in support of IT reporting functions
  • An advanced level understanding of service management frameworks (ITIL v3or v4) and supporting data is required
  • An expert level understanding of ServiceNow Reporting, Performance Analytics, Query Builder and CMDB Query Builder
  • Knowledge of Tableau and Dremio is a plus
  • Experience with Application Support and/or Infrastructure Support
  • Experience with Change Management, Release Management, Event Management, and Incident Management in a large Enterprise production environment
  • Experience with supporting IT projects
  • Experience with Operations involving production application support and production infrastructure support
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with troubleshooting system or product issues

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $132,000 - $198,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
