The Accounting Tribe Business Functional Analyst is primarily responsible for capturing and documenting requirements, translating these requirements into system specific functional specifications to enable solution development and analysing the impact of changes and supporting the Business throughout the implementation process. This role will also assist with the build out of the LowCode/NoCode capability of the Manila based team, through the build and maintenance of tools that aid Business onboarding and prototyping for our supported platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the team’s Microsoft Power Platform (LowCode/NoCode) build out responsibilities
• Automation and Prototyping of our team’s, and our Finance Users, tools and processes through the use of Microsoft’s Power Platform
• Involve in business process analysis, requirements gathering, formulating functional / non-functional specification documentations with Users and Engineering teams.
• Perform Data analysis and interpretation to identify use cases that assist with our User’s efficiency targets
• Support and/or perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defining testing requirements including test plans, test cases, test-data and review of interface testing between different applications. Works with engineers to resolve functional issues arising from UAT.
• Creates and modifies functional documentation (e.g. user manuals, solution briefs, functional summaries).
• Performs issue investigation and collaborates with engineers in resolving bugs or defects with our applications.

• Familiar with Agile Project Management methodology

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder in a related field
• Proven experience in business analyis or project delivery - through line role or as part of project team
• Strong base and hands on experience with developing tools with LowCode/NoCode tools like Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Query)
• Strong knowledge in with SQL scripts
• Investigation of production issues or defects raised by stakeholders and recommend remediation
• Involved in Agile project implementation
