Senior Product Manager, Mobile AI Experience

Our Product Design and Management teams work tirelessly to understand what our customers need and make it a reality. They’re the ones who make our deals come to life and our user experience simple and intuitive.

Why this job’s a big deal:

We’re looking for a visionary Senior Product Manager, Mobile AI Experience to join our AI Experiences team, focused on Penny, our AI travel assistant. In this role, you'll lead the development of native AI-first travel experiences shaping how users engage with Penny across mobile platforms like iOS and Android.

You'll own the mobile strategy and UX, driving multimodal (voice, chat, touch, vision) interactions and building a seamless, intelligent user experience.

You'll partner closely with engineering, marketing, and design to ensure Penny’s mobile experience is best-in-class - intuitive, engaging, trusted and cutting-edge AI.

In this role you will get to:

  • Own Penny’s mobile product strategy and roadmap, with a focus on iOS and Android platforms.
  • Drive native mobile UX design including gestures, push notifications, haptics, and app store flows.
  • Lead the end-to-end development of a consumer-grade mobile app that integrates AI at its core.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to define specifications, establish milestones, and manage quality assurance.
  • Continuously test and iterate, proposing A/B experiments to improve conversion and engagement.
  • Work with design to turn product vision into wireframes and polished UI.
  • Conduct user research and troubleshoot issues to inform and refine the mobile experience.
  • Own mobile engagement KPIs - e.g. install-to-activation conversion, day-7 retention, and App Store ratings - using rapid A/B tests to tie new AI features to sustained usage and satisfaction.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus.
  • 5–8 years of experience in consumer-facing product management, ideally with a focus on scaling B2C mobile apps.
  • Deep understanding of native mobile platforms (iOS and Android), including push notifications, gestures, haptics, and app store processes.
  • Experience launching and managing products in startup or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - you can interpret data and user trends to inform product direction.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working on high-visibility initiatives with executive stakeholders.
  • Passionate about crafting high-quality, user-centric mobile experiences, especially those that leverage AI and emerging technology.
  • Illustrated history of living the values vital to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.
  • The Right Results, the Right Way is not just a motto at Priceline; it’s a way of life. Unquestionable integrity and ethics is essential.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.

The salary range for this position is $180,000- $205,000 USD.
