Role: Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Description:
- Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for North America.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, analyses, and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize resource allocation, profitability, and overall financial performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the FP&A team, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, such as product, marketing, and engineering, to align financial goals and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the accounting and tax teams to ensure alignment and data integrity across financial processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to streamline FP&A operations.
Minimal requirements
- 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles, with a proven track record in forecasting and financial modeling
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
