Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of program management experience.
- Experience managing programs in a technical environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in Technician - Supporting in Sustaining Operations Program (for electronic product manufacturing)
- Experience in working and handling technical issues for international Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) partners
- Experience in handling technical issues in a cross-functional team to achieve new product objectives inclusive of quality, yield, and cost
- Ability to support and drive solutions across multiple cross-functional teams
- Ability to attend technical conversations in English and Mandarin fluently

Responsibilities
- Support to drive factory operational readiness by leveraging partner resources and support ongoing efficiency and improvement from ramp to End of Life (EOL).
- Work with OEM partners as directed by the superior to support them in ensuring performance goals for End-to-End Yield, Scrap Cost, Quality, Turn Around Time and Throughput are met or exceeded.
- Support the superior in communicating and mitigating operational risk; work closely with OEMs to figure out line bring-ups, qualification, material availability and quality issues. Support to secure capacity based on quarterly and weekly forecasts.
- Support the superior to prepare communication plans with cross-functional operations and demand planning, adapt plans based on changing requirements as directed.
- Coordinate with OEM and Operations teams to prioritize critical shipments or orders; and support to ensure orders ship clearly as scheduled.
