Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Superintendent with 5-10 years of experience in Design-Build and New Construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management capabilities, overseeing projects ranging from $500k to $20 million in value. A commitment to excellent customer service is essential as you will manage projects from site work through owner turnover. Your responsibilities will include leading Foremen and subcontractor meetings, tracking subcontractor time and materials, and ensuring Health and Safety standards are rigorously upheld. You will also be responsible for managing RFIs, submittals, material procurement, and punch list items.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Design-Build and New Construction projects within the $500k-$20 million range.
• Provide exemplary customer service throughout project lifecycles.
• Direct site work activities from inception to owner handover.
• Lead and coordinate Foremen and subcontractor meetings.
• Monitor subcontractor time and material usage.
• Uphold rigorous Health and Safety protocols.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, material procurement, and punch list processes.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Demonstrate strong communication and team-building skills.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with Procore or similar project management software is preferred.
