About this role:

Our partners are at the heart of our business, so ensuring we provide exceptional experience at every touchpoint of their JET journey is crucial. Whether it’s getting them up running quickly, seamlessly integrating with their kitchens, or allowing them to tailor their offers and promotions, we are committed to delivering unparalleled service.

We are expanding one of our cross-functional teams handling partner verifications and screenings. Looking for bold, open, and curious software engineer with a passion for delivering innovative solutions and a deep understanding of modern product development.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Modernise our partner systems within a small agile team.
• Team up with your product manager and engineering peers to arrive at the best possible solution for the problems we’re trying to tackle every day.
• Design, implement, continuously improve, maintain and monitor features and services, ensuring they meet industry & JET standards.
• Work with large scale, highly available, and resilient modern systems.
• Actively participate in code reviews providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvements.
• Participate in knowledge sharing through demos, presentations, and tutorials.
• Collaborate with other departments, including legal, compliance, and customer services.

What will you bring to the table?

• Experience working with frontend languages: Vue.js or React.js or any relevant frontend technologies.
• Experience in with object oriented languages preferably Kotlin / Java
• Experience with modern testing practices (unit, integration, regression).
• Sound understanding of 3rd party integrations, API Design, and development & CI/CD pipelines.
• A growth mindset, a good attitude towards learning new technologies and systems.
• Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure like AWS / Google Cloud / Azure.
• Understanding of microservices and event driven architecture.
• Experience with databases either Relational or NoSQL.
