Your Mission: Support the performance of the commercial organization by ensuring CRM processes align with the company's business challenges and priorities.
Stakeholder coordination: Ensure communication and collaboration between business teams, technical teams, management, and potential external service providers.
Reporting and communication on project progress: Implement regular follow-ups to inform stakeholders about project progress, blocking points, and decisions to be made.
Risk management: Identify potential risks, implement preventive measures, and resolve problems that arise during the project.
Collect, analyze, and formalize the needs of teams associated with the commercial chain (sales forces, sales support services, etc.)
Plan in collaboration with business teams and implementation teams, agree on the project roadmap to ensure deliverability within the allotted time.
Collaborate closely with Product & Technical teams to identify and develop potential solutions in response to expressed needs.
Ensure the adequacy and sustainability of solutions with business needs, established processes, and deadlines.
Translate needs into clear and detailed functional specifications (user stories)
Monitor task progress and development, identify risks, and implement action plans.
Manage changes and evolutions: Identify and evaluate the impact of change requests with P&T teams, prioritize them, and integrate them into the project if necessary.
Organize and participate in testing phases (unit, integration, user): Prepare test scenarios, coordinate test campaigns with users, analyze results, and track anomaly corrections.
Validate deliverables: Ensure the compliance of deliveries (features, documentation, training) with initial requirements alongside the business team.
Support change management for users
Implement and monitor performance indicators to measure the stability and proper adoption of business processes.
Ensure continuous functional monitoring, complementary to existing processes, to propose improvements to the various business processes associated with the CRM ecosystem.
Actively contribute to the integration and continuous training of sales representatives on sales journeys
Provide responsive and quality support to sales teams to solve their issues and maximize their adoption of systems and processes.
Perform functional administration of business processes for which the service is responsible in CRM systems.
Project management: Methodologies (Agile, etc.), planning, monitoring, risk management, budget management.
Needs analysis: Techniques for gathering and formalizing requirements, understanding business challenges.
CRM: Understanding of customer relationship management cycles and processes. (Functional knowledge of Salesforce is a plus).
Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Collaboration: Ability to work in a team, unite stakeholders, resolve conflicts.
Results-oriented: Customer orientation, ability to achieve objectives, quality culture.
Analytical and synthesis skills: Ability to analyze complex information, identify problems, and propose solutions.
Change management: Ability to support users in adopting new solutions.
Ideally, you have significant experience with a pure player, and a qualifying education in project management associated with information systems.
You have significant experience in project management on a CRM tool for business and marketing teams.
