  • Perform system diagnostics and analyze root causes to resolve complex connectivity, bandwidth, and infrastructure issues.
  • Manage IP address space, subnets, routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF), VPNs, firewalls, and network segmentation for secure enclaves and mission-critical systems.
  • Support continuous monitoring, vulnerability scanning, and remediation of network assets as directed by ISSOs and ATO compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Configuration Management, and Operations teams to design secure architectures for classified and unclassified environments.
  • Maintain system availability through proper configuration and support of SAN, PIT/OT infrastructure, and failover/redundancy mechanisms.
  • Provide lifecycle support for networking equipment, including requirements analysis, design documentation, installation, patching, maintenance, and decommissioning.
  • Support 24/7 operational readiness, including on-call troubleshooting, after-hours maintenance, and system upgrades or outage support.
  • Document network diagrams, configurations, SOPs, and technical reports to support audits, disaster recovery, and system accreditation.
  • Provide training and tier-3 support to helpdesk personnel and end users on network-related tools and procedures.
  • All other duties as assigned by management.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience planning and designing data communication networks.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience performing security remediation to systems with vulnerabilities based on security scans.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in an Agile DevSecOps software and engineering environment and Methodologies.
  • At least one (1) year of experience with Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
