JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Associated Student Activities (ASA) is the financial office for all recognized student organizations. We are currently seeking students to fill part-time, hourly positions for the upcoming academic year. Job responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, answering emails, counting and handling monies, processing purchase orders, taking deposits, reviewing and coding check requests, preparing checks for mailing, filing, and other duties as assigned. We are seeking individuals who have a positive attitude, are detail oriented, reliable, and able to provide a welcoming environment. Must be willing to wear a provided work zippered crew or polo shirt. Hours of work will be scheduled between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. M - F. Applications will be received on an ongoing basis and will be reviewed as the need arises.

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
