About the Opportunity

Together with the EMEA business partners the BSA captures business requests, document the business requirements and ensure software products and services are successfully delivered meeting the defined business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Capturing, analyzing, and prioritizing business requirements based on desired business outcomes, documenting those requirements, and refining them into technical action items.
  • Translate and challenge true requirements into underlaying feature requests, align them with alternative technical and process approaches, and work with business and technical teams to develop solutions that meet desired business objectives.
  • Analyze and document new business system requirements, translate and align these requirements to how it impacts the existing business application and integration eco-system.
  • Interact as Information Services liaison with business unit partners to facilitate identification of process improvements, risk management, system (re)design, testing and implementation of complex digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with business and Global IS Project leaders in preparing and facilitating the UAT activities for the Global IS agreed scope and deliverables.
  • Manage system enhancement and small projects in a timely and cost-effective manner and coordinate the tasks of internal and external resources where necessary to achieve desired results.
  • Work in collaboration with the Global IS team to understand and adhere to Global IS strategies, standards, and policies.
  • Overseeing business process to system knowledge management & documentation and assisting in overall system design from user interface to backend processes for both custom application development and software configuration projects.
  • Interprets business, grower or customer system related issues and recommends best practices, process and system improvements across the business value streams.
  • Assist business partners with defining, clear and measurable objectives and ensure the solution options meet the project goals and is aligned with the Global Strategic Initiatives.
  • Partner with the business and the Global IS Project Team to ensure that projects progress on expected timelines and alert project team leadership to risks and issues related to Information Services agreed scope and deliverables.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Technology or similar
  • Proven track record and experience with ERP systems and business process improvement.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as IT Business Analyst
  • Experience in enhancing and testing ERP and custom build software solutions.
