Overview:
Responsible for enabling data-driven decision-making across the Learning and Development (L&D) and enterprise function. Leads the gathering, analysis, and reporting of learning program performance and business impact, while also overseeing the optimization of learning technologies, including the Learning Management System (LMS). Plays a critical part in measuring the impact, effectiveness, and ROI of learning programs while identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement. Ensures data alignment, integrity, and insights that support a consistent and integrated learning experience across the organization. Manages the firm’s resources by aligning strategic projects with present and future firm needs with proficiency, fluency and aptitude.
