This role is part of the Cencora Corporate Functions Finance team, reporting to the Corporate Functions Finance Manager, based in the US. Corporate Functions represent over $800m of spend ($600m without IT). This position is first and foremost responsible for providing accurate insights into Corporate Function spend - regular tasks include monthly reporting, conducting variance analysis and supporting the annual budgeting process.

Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

• Produce monthly financial analysis and variance reports.
• Create detailed Hyperion and Power BI reports to provide insights into Corporate Function spend.
• Generate ad-hoc analyses, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Support the annual budgeting (Plan) process and monthly estimate updates.
• Assist with management reporting for global functions.

Process Improvement:

• Seek opportunities to improve processes and systems continuously.
• Collaborate across business functions to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Stakeholder Support:

• Respond to inquiries from senior stakeholders.
• Present meaningful insights to non-financial leaders through impactful visualizations and reports.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–3 years in a Financial Analyst or similar role.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced skills in Hyperion and Power BI.
• Analytical and Organizational Skills:
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to create impactful, clear analysis and visualizations for decision-making.
• Collaboration and Adaptability:
  • Effective collaboration across business functions.
  • Adaptable and able to prioritize in a rapidly changing environment.
• Work Style:
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
