Role Summary/Purpose: As AVP, Campaign Operations you will be an integral member of the Growth marketing within Synchrony Financial, India. In this role, you will work closely with internal team and stakeholders to lead the evolution of our campaign operations with a focus on personalized, end-to-end consumer journeys, enabled by data, automation and Gen AI. You will serve as a transformation agent, working cross-functionally to embed a consumer first mindset into the fabric of our marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Process Discovery :- Explore and analyze existing campaign methodology and processes to identify the opportunities and gaps for the transformation
Journey Planning through Collaboration :- Engage with team members, stakeholders to understand real-world challenges and co-create journey based strategies tailored to business objectives.
Lead campaign transformation :- Design and implement digitally-enabled, consumer first campaign operations that drive personalized engagement across channels
Journey design and execution :- Develop and manage consumer journeys in marketing platforms and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), ensuring responsiveness and relevance in real time
Cross functional collaboration :- Partner with other MarTech teams (eg:-core CDP, Audience management), Marketing Cloud and Digital product teams to align strategy and integrate personalization into journeys
Scalable Frameworks :-Create templates and strategic playbooks for identification, targeting, segmentation and orchestration of journey to ensure transformation with success
Innovation and Best Practices :- Drive digital transformation by embedding modern campaign methodologies and personalization best practices into operational workflows
Team enablement :- Mentor and upskill team members on journey-based thinking, platform usage and consumer centric execution
