What you´ll do
- Business Target Setting and Achievement：
- Deliver Douyin channel KP sales target.
- Develop rolling commercial plan (annual/quarterly/monthly) with building block and phased performance tracking.
- Govern sell-in through accurate sell-out forecast and inventory management.
- Cost Efficiency and P&L Management：
- Keep improving key financial KPIs (GP1% & GP2%) to meet KP target.
- Implement proper category/product strategy via portfolio optimization and pricing rationalization.
- Allocate budget across Douyin multi-field (live-stream/short-video etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Manage paid media operations from planning to evaluation via clear creatives and audience targeting.
- Unlock incremental margins via multi-media investment synergy and Douyin analytics exploitation.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 5 years working experience.
- Proficiency in data tools.
- Strong understanding of Douyin from media to content.
