In our work, we focus on quality in its broadest sense – delivered through manual, automated, load, and business tests. Thanks to a flexible approach, we are able to adapt our procedures to environmental changes, and close cooperation with the development team allows us to achieve full test coverage for the solutions delivered by PA&BI teams.

Your responsibilities:

• Application requirements analysis within future testing process (RPA / BPA projects)
• Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on product requirements
• Estimating time required for testing to be delivered
• Identifying key testing factors
• Scheduling, preparing and conducting UAT
• Creating and maintaining testing scenarios
• Performing manual testing based on project requirements and testing plan
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives and other team meetings
• Reporting findings to the project team
• Notifying the Project Manager about possible risks
• Eagerness to learn and proactively improve automated testing tools

Our requirements:

• Minimum 2 year of experience of work in the quality assurance industry
• Understanding of SQL basics – knowledge of databases and ability to write simple SQL queries
• Chrome DevTools familiarity
• Proficient in executing a range of software testing methodologies, including but not limited to functional, regression, integration, system, and acceptance testing.
• English fluency (B2 level)
• Attention to detail, curiosity i critical thinking
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Systematic job approach

Optional:

• ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level
• Familiarity with Python testing libraries, Selenium/Pytest
• Experience with test automation frameworks, particularly familiarity with Robot Framework
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Xray, Confluence) or similar software supporting task & project management
