Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Be responsible for documentation deliverables that meet the required documentation standards and processes
• Pro-actively drive the workflow from information creation to external release at given milestonesContribute to the documentation content architecture to handle different platforms, multiple product variants, and numerous document types
• Contribute solutions and ideas to improving the efficiency and accuracy of our documentation deliveries
• Provide SW solutions to support all aspects of the technical documentation flow, extracting information from source databases, manipulating content to required standards, building reports, and preparing content to interact with AI solutions
• Ensure the quality and consistency of our documentation according to company and division guidelines
• Support and train engineers as necessary to work with the company CCMSand to contribute to the documentation flows

Your Profile

As a Senior Documentation Coding Engineer, you manage your performance consistently and reliably. Additionally, you are personally committed to the customers' concerns and award them a high priority. Furthermore, you concentrate your creativity and knowledge on producing results with real added value. Lastly, you produce results even in changing circumstances.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Computer Science, Technical Communication, Electrical Engineering, or another relevant field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Technical Writing but with demonstrable SW programming skills
• AI/LLM related knowledge, complemented by proficiency in tools and languages such as Python, XML (preferably DITA XML), Tableau, Jira, and Jenkins
• Expert understanding of a Component Content Management System (CCMS) and the concept of modular documentation with recent practical experience
• A Methodical and thorough approach to tasks, and a proactive, problem-solving mentality
• Willingness to continuously learn and question
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken). German language proficiency would be a plus
