We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Learning & Development Specialist with a solid background in performance management to become part of our team. In this position, you will develop, execute, and oversee learning initiatives that support and enhance our performance management framework, helping both employees and the organization achieve their goals.
What you'll be doing
- Performance Management:
- Lead and enhance the company’s performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Develop and maintain toolkits, guides, and eLearning modules on topics such as goal setting, feedback, performance reviews, coaching, and development planning.
- Design and deliver training programs focused on performance management skills for managers and employees.
- Support managers and employees during the performance management cycle (eg system usage, deadlines, etc.)
- Following the realization of each step during the process and make sure, that deadlines are met.
- Employee Support:
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding training inquiries, guiding them through enrollment processes and providing technical support when needed.
- Vendor Management:
- Assist in managing relationships with external training vendors and facilitators, including contract administration and scheduling.
- Program Administration:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of L&D programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and employee needs. Make sure that procurement and contract processes are fulfilled.
- Tracking & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of training participation, performance, and feedback.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Economics or related field.
- 2-3 years experience in learning & development with a strong focus on performance management.
- Understanding of performance appraisal systems and performance coaching techniques.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable learning strategies.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- English language knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
