Neurodiagnostics System Manager is responsible for the management of day-to-day operations including department personnel, and patient care across the healthcare system. Responsibilities include but, are not limited to the following:

• Collaborate with Regional Directors and the System Director to support strategic planning and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Set clear performance expectations for Neurodiagnostic staff; coach, develop, and evaluate team members to promote individual and departmental success.
• Manage employee relations, including performance management, staff engagement, and conflict resolution.
• Promote professional development through a structured orientation program, ongoing education, defined performance standards, and regular feedback.
• Develop, implement, and communicate departmental policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as internal quality improvement programs related to Neurosciences.
• Assist the Director in preparing the annual department budget and managing expenses.

Qualifications

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred

Minimum Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare field.
• Previous leadership experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in staff management and development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in budget preparation and departmental financial management.
