Salary: $18.50

This role is responsible for supporting the assigned day-to-day administrative functions of the contact center team. Included in this role:

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT TEAM SUPPORT INCLUDES, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Monitor and respond to help emails
  • Prepare and complete pulldowns in a timely manner
  • Completion of warehouse paperwork functions: receiving, staging, returns
  • Report generation.

CONTACT CENTER TEAM SUPPORT INCLUDES BUT LIMITED TO:

  • Assigned phones, email and fax lines are covered during assigned hours and to be continually responsive to all modes during these assigned hours.
  • Knowledgeable about programs, program updates and the subsequent rules of these programs in which they are involved.
  • Processes program documents like SRFs, AOC, etc. within 24 hours of receipt

TRAINING/LEADERSHIP/MENTORSHIP

  • Train less experienced co-workers on systems and process.
  • Set good examples in regard to work ethic, reliability, CCG Core Values & Culture

HOUSEKEEPING/QA:

  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace
  • QA compliance – SOP & Training TAF’s completed on time-work to SOP’s
  • Report incidents to QA and provide documentation to manager for CAPA reporting
  • Other duties as assigned.

Schedule: Mon- Fri 8am-5pm

pay Rate: $18.50
