Job Responsibilities:

MISSION:

  • The Radar Signal Processing Engineer is responsible for providing technical insights to the Magna Radar signal processing team. 雷达信号处理工程师(雷达算法工程师)负责为麦格纳雷达信号处理团队提供技术见解。
  • The team is responsible for the design, development, verification and testing of automotive radar embedded signal processing algorithms that are the cornerstone to the growing Magna Active Safety product portfolio. 该团队负责设计、开发、验证和测试汽车雷达嵌入式信号处理算法,这些算法是不断发展的麦格纳主动安全产品组合的基石。
  • The ideal candidate should be a technical decision maker in the selection and implementation of signal processing techniques utilized. 理想的候选人应该是一位技术决策者,能够选择和实施信号处理技术。

POSITION RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Design and write simulations for cutting-edge radar signal processing algorithms in Matlab. 在 Matlab 中设计和编写前沿雷达信号处理算法的仿真。
  • Create presentations and document algorithms for sharing concepts with the team. 创建设计和算法文档,与团队分享概念。
  • Implement algorithms in Visual Studio and perform regression on collected data to debug and optimize. 在 Visual Studio 中实现算法,并对收集的数据进行回归以进行调试和优化。
  • Exhibit a detailed knowledge of radar system fundamentals and waveform processing. 展示对雷达系统基础知识和波形处理的详细了解。
  • Develop serial communication software (SPI, I2C, CAN etc.) for DSPs and micro-controllers. 为 DSP 和微控制器开发串行通信软件(SPI、I2C、CAN 等)。
  • Optimize fixed-point signal processing software for latency and frame rate on a multi-processor DSP ECU. 优化定点信号处理软件,以降低多处理器 DSP ECU 上的延迟和帧速率。

  • RSP algorithm optimization based on platform algorithm and project architecture. 基于平台算法和项目架构进行 RSP 算法优化。

  • Process improvement participation which includes definition and execution of Improvement projects which meet or exceed compliance with overall organizational objectives. 参与流程改进,包括定义和执行符合或超过目标的改进项目。
  • Use RSP Detection as input fitting into tracker algorithm. 以 RSP 点云作为输入,匹配tracker算法。
  • Implement tracker algorithm using Kalman Filter, Alpha Beta Filter, RANSAC and other algorithms. 使用卡尔曼滤波器、Alpha Beta 滤波器、RANSAC 和其他算法实现目标跟踪算法。
  • Analyze collected data using Visual Studio and Matlab to improve tracker performance. 使用 Visual Studio 和 Matlab 分析数据以提高tracker性能。
  • Work globally, which means candidate should willing to have long-term overseas trip. 在全球范围内工作,这意味着候选人愿意长期国际出差。

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • MS or above in Electrical/Computer/Radar Engineering 电气/计算机/雷达工程硕士或以上学历。
  • Work experience in Radar Signal Processing or Digital Signal Processing for embedded or real–time software systems. 具有雷达信号处理或嵌入式或实时软件系统数字信号处理工作经验。
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the automotive radar development. 至少 5 年汽车雷达开发经验。

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

  • C and/or assembly programming of DSPs and micro-controllers. DSP 和微控制器的 C 和/或汇编语言编程。
  • Software development of computationally intensive algorithms for fixed point DSPs. 定点 DSP 计算密集型算法的软件开发。
  • Experience with CMMI or ASPICE. 具有 CMMI 或 ASPICE 经验。
  • Configuration management and version control experience. 配置管理和版本控制经验。

SOFT SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

  • Great problem-solving ability and self-learning skills. 出色的解决问题能力和自学能力。
  • Great oral and written communication in Chinese and English. 出色的中英文口头和书面沟通能力。
